we can provide a guided tour to this location but you as a visitor must obtain your own permit. there are two methods to getting a permit - there is an online lottery that is performed 4 months in advance and there is an on-site lottery that you can do a day in advance. only 20 people are permitted to visit this beautiful sight.

 

The South Coyote Buttes is still an awesome location with beautifully twisted sandstone. This location might be a bit easier to get a permit in advance, as for on-site lottery it might be a bit difficult. Use this link to check out the lottery system, may the odds be in your favor.

 

We will supply a cooler with ice in our vehicle; we could supply lunch and some snacks for the duration of the - if you have food allergies and or food conditions you may want to pack your own lunch. We will supply bottle water on the tour.
